Practice Administrator

Christy Cook-Gillum brings a unique blend of leadership, organization, and heart to Wilson Psychological Associates. A lifetime resident of Bartlesville, Christy has spent her career serving others through roles in administration, education, and as a successful real estate agent running her own business. Most recently, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a milestone that allows her to unite her passion for mental health with her strong administrative skill set.

At WPA, Christy leads with excellence and a strong work ethic, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly while keeping people at the center of her work. Her ability to balance detail-oriented management with genuine care for both staff and clients makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside the office, Christy enjoys cooking, cheering on her family at sporting events, and relaxing in her hammock. Above all, she treasures time spent with her three children and her growing number of grandchildren, who keep her active and inspired.

Client Care Coordinator

As our Client Coordinator, Charity is often the first friendly voice and warm smile that clients encounter when reaching out to our practice. She plays a vital role in ensuring that each individual feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with us.

With a strong background in customer service and office coordination, Charity is dedicated to making the process of scheduling, completing paperwork, and accessing care as smooth as possible. She is attentive, organized, and always ready to answer questions or connect clients with the right provider on our team.

More than just managing the front office, Charity takes pride in creating an atmosphere of respect and compassion, reflecting our group’s mission to walk alongside each person on their mental health journey. She understands that reaching out for support can be a big step, and her goal is to make every client feel comfortable and valued.

 

 

Brilee Taylor, B.S.

Med Assistant to Kim Little

As the Medication Assistant at Wilson Psychological Associates, Brilee works closely with Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly Little to support our patients in their psychiatric care journey. She is often the first point of contact for medication-related questions, scheduling, and prescription coordination. With a compassionate approach and attention to detail, Brilee ensures that each patient feels cared for, heard, and supported throughout the process of managing their mental health treatment.

Her role bridges the gap between clinical care and everyday patient needs, helping streamline communication, assist with prior authorizations, coordinate refills, and provide timely updates so patients can focus on healing. Brilee is dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional environment where patients know their care is a priority.

Psychometrist to Dr. Spence Wilson

Sarah serves as the psychometrist at Wilson Psychological Associates, working closely with Dr. Spence Wilson in the administration and scoring of psychological assessments. With a detail-oriented and compassionate approach, Sarah ensures that every client’s testing experience is thorough, professional, and supportive.

In this role, Sarah assists in conducting a wide range of evaluations, including assessments for ADHD, learning differences, mood and anxiety disorders, and personality functioning. By carefully managing test sessions and providing accurate scoring, Sarah plays an essential part in helping Dr. Wilson develop clear, evidence-based recommendations that guide treatment and support clients’ growth.

Dedicated to both precision and care, Sarah values creating a comfortable environment where clients feel at ease throughout the assessment process. Their goal is to help ensure each individual’s strengths and challenges are fully understood so that treatment planning can be as effective and personalized as possible.

 

Abigail Petermann, B.S.

Benefits Specialist

Abby is dedicated to helping patients make the most of their mental health insurance. As part of her role, Abby carefully verifies insurance eligibility, checks coverage details, and clarifies copays, coinsurance, and deductibles, ensuring that patients can move forward with their care as smoothly as possible. By offering this professional courtesy, Abby helps reduce unexpected financial surprises and allows patients to focus fully on their health and healing.

Beyond her professional expertise, Abby brings warmth and kindness to every interaction. She is married to Josh, the worship pastor at Christ Community Church here in Bartlesville, and she loves spending time with her family and friends. Some of her favorite pastimes include exercising, singing, playing the piano, watching sitcoms, and sharing laughter with her twin sister.
