Kimberly Little, ARNP-FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Kimberly Little is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board-certified through the ANCC. She has resided in the Nowata and Bartlesville areas since childhood.

After graduating high school in 1991, she began her nursing career in 1992 as an LPN. In 2006, she obtained her ASN, followed by obtaining her BSN in 2009 from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Kimberly graduated from Indiana State University, in 2014, with a master’s degree in nursing.

She has worked in both family practice and psychiatry, with her primary focus being in psychiatry since 2015. For the past seven years,  Kimberly has worked closely with Dr. James Hutchins, providing psychiatric medication management for Bartlesville and surrounding communities. She is very excited to have the opportunity to continue her collaboration with Dr. Hutchins as they join the WPA team.

 

 

James J. Hutchins, MD

Medical Director, Psychiatry

Dr. James Hutchins is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 35 years of experience. He graduated from Rutgers Medical School and has worked both in private practice and as a hospital clinician. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor at Rutgers Medical School from 1990 to 2008 when he moved from his native state of New Jersey to Illinois. From 2008 to 2013 he was Chief of Psychiatry at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia, IL.

He happily moved to Bartlesville, OK in 2008 and was Chief of Psychiatry at Jane Phillips Medical Center. His work included both the geriatric inpatient unit and the head of the outpatient clinic.

Dr. Hutchins retired at the end of October 2023 from Ascension Jane Phillips. He has dedicated his career to understanding and addressing the complexities of psychiatry. He shares a deep commitment to patient health care in Bartlesville and the surrounding communities. Although Dr. Hutchins will not be involved in direct patient care, he is looking forward to maintaining his professional partnership with Kim Little, APRN, at Wilson Psychological Associates in his role as Medical Director.
